2月初來吉隆坡艾美酒店時,於酒吧吃了一些大廚精心炮製的小吃,今次再來Gastro Sentral,就可坐下來慢慢的享用午餐。先有Compressed Satay Spices,Chicken Terrine with Coriander,Cucumber,Onions,Yogurt Salad,Chilli Ciabatta Toasted Bread,Peanut Butter & Grape Jelly,RM30,這款特別的雞肉沙嗲以另一個方法演繹出來,把雞肉壓成肉凍塊,像是法國肉凍一樣,沙嗲味道依然惹味。Chicken & Barley Soup with Parsley,Truffle & Foie Gras Dumpling ,RM38,來一客熱湯,雞湯加上松靈鵝肝意式雲吞,還加入薏米,雞湯喝起來清甜。 Lobster Mac & Cheese,Creamy & Cheesy Macaroni with Lobster,Topped with Cheese,Pepper & Breadcrumbs,RM46,芝士龍蝦通心粉,焗出來芝味甚香,還有不少龍蝦肉粒,令人吃不停口。Miso Glazed Roasted…
