吉隆坡 | Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur Gastro Sentral

2月初來吉隆坡艾美酒店時,於酒吧吃了一些大廚精心炮製的小吃,今次再來Gastro Sentral,就可坐下來慢慢的享用午餐。先有Compressed Satay Spices,Chicken Terrine with Coriander,Cucumber,Onions,Yogurt Salad,Chilli Ciabatta Toasted Bread,Peanut Butter & Grape Jelly,RM30,這款特別的雞肉沙嗲以另一個方法演繹出來,把雞肉壓成肉凍塊,像是法國肉凍一樣,沙嗲味道依然惹味。Chicken & Barley Soup with Parsley,Truffle & Foie Gras Dumpling ,RM38,來一客熱湯,雞湯加上松靈鵝肝意式雲吞,還加入薏米,雞湯喝起來清甜。

Lobster Mac & Cheese,Creamy & Cheesy Macaroni with Lobster,Topped with Cheese,Pepper & Breadcrumbs,RM46,芝士龍蝦通心粉,焗出來芝味甚香,還有不少龍蝦肉粒,令人吃不停口。Miso Glazed Roasted Cod in Enoki Shoyu Broth with Horseradish Mashed Potato & Wilted Leafy Green,RM68,鱈魚柳肉質油潤嫩滑,加上麵豉醬汁及金菇菌湯,味道不會很濃,又吃到魚油脂香。

22-hour Braised Wagyu Cheek with Creamy Mashed Potatoes,Toasted Baguette,Grilled Green Asparagus & Béarnaise Sauce,RM58,Steak on Board,120 Days Grain Fed Black Angus Ribeye with Wilted Greens,Hand-Cut Fries,Cheese Croquette & Chimichurri Dressing,RM68,喜歡吃牛,就試了兩款牛肉,和牛臉肉慢煮了22小時,入口即融,口感不錯。肉眼牛扒燒至四、五成熟,肉呈嫩粉,吃得滿足。

甜品Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Bar,RM25,Rustic British Nutty Plum Pudding with Whipped Cream & Lemon Mascarpone Ice Cream,RM28,朱古力條還配上花生醬,味道更甜膩,還有布甸蛋糕跟上檸檬Mascarpone芝士味雪糕,比起朱古力條沒那麼甜溜。
