入住新加坡四季酒店,是日午餐就來到酒店的中餐廳江南春吃飯。餐廳以江南春為名,裝飾典雅,如華夏江南魚米之鄉的優美村落建築。除了點心粵菜,亦有燉湯、烤鴨及江宜菜式供應。這天來吃午餐,先點心四拼,分別有蘿蔔絲酥、鮑魚燒賣、水晶鮮菌素餃及蝦餃,Dim Sum Combination:Crispy Silly Turnip Pastry with Dried Shrimps & Ham,Steamed Pork Dumpling with Baby Abalone,Crystal Mushrooms Dumpling & Steamed Shrimp Dumpling,四款點心,有爽口的燒賣,鮮味的蝦餃,酥而不膩的蘿絲酥及賣相精緻的鮮菌素餃。
海螺瑪卡燉排骨湯,Double-Boiled Pork Ribs Soup with Sea Whelk,Maka & Dried Scallops,SGD$38,喜歡喝湯,午餐喝碗熱湯,清甜滋潤。蟹肉釀蟹蓋,Deep-Fried Crab Shell Stuffed with Crab Meat,SDG$26,以阿拉斯加螃蟹肉混合洋蔥、牛油、牛奶炒香後,再釀入蟹殼去焗,蟹肉鮮味香濃。
鳳梨咕嚕肉,Sweet & Sour Pork with Pineapple,SGD$28,一向愛吃咕嚕肉,這道菜做得十分出色,豬肉外酥脆,肉腍多汁,加上酸甜恰好,令人回味。最後來點麵食,干燒伊麵,Braised E-fu Noodles with Straw Mushrooms,SGD$14,還有甜品嫩滑燉奶,Steamed Egg White with Milk,不止十分香滑,奶香濃郁,非常滿足。
